  3. All Programs and support files on the disks provided in the Rapid Prototyping
  4. System Software package are protected by Copyright Laws. As such you are
  5. prohibited from copying said Programs except as permitted pursuant to your
  6. License Agreement.

  8. Notwithstanding the above, Licensee may copy and freely distribute the
  9. PRORUN.COM and sets created with the RAPID PROTOTYPING SYSTEM package, either
  10. commercially or privately, provided the following provisions for the Program
  11. PRORUN.COM are met:

  13. 1. The Program cannot be altered in any way, or renamed.
  14.  
  15. 2. The Program must be distributed free of charge, except for a nominal
  16. reproduction and distribution fee, which may be charged, not to exceed a total
  17. of $10.00 per distribution.

  19. 3. The following copyright notice is placed on all distributed disks that
  20. contain the Program PRORUN.COM: Copyright 1988 Genesis Data Systems, Inc. All
  21. rights reserved.

  23. 4. A copy of this page setting forth Genesis Data Systems, Inc. distribution
  24. policies are delivered to the Distributee along with PRORUN.COM and sets created
  25. with the Rapid Prototyping System package.

  40. exemplary damages even if Genesis Data Systems, Inc. has been advised of the

  43. There is no limit on the number of copies that Licensee may produce either for
  44. the PRORUN.COM Module or the sets used by the PRORUN.COM Module. Providing the
  45. above provisions are adhered to, the Program PRORUN.COM may be installed on a
  46. networking system or over a telecommunication bulletin board, and Distributee is
  47. hereby authorized to use said Programs.
